Hi Lisa, My doctor told me to do the Sugar busters diet. I have been trying to do it for a while. I have been able to find more and more products with the low glycemic count, but I still find myself craving sugar. I use splenda instead of sugar and I have been using whole wheat pasta, which is pretty good. In today's shopping market it is really hard to find foods that are low in sugar and carbs. I have to go to specialty stores if I want to have more than raw fruits and vegies. My husband did the diet for a while and lost weight, but he has never had a weight problem. I was diagnosed with PCOS about 10 months ago, but I can assume I have had it since I was about 12/13. I am on glucophage xr, but I can't seem to shake these sugar cravings. I am going to see a RE tuesday, and hopefully she will refer me to a dietician. If i find anything else out about diet and what-not I will let you know. Good luck!! Amber
