I have PCOS, found out about a year and half ago, no one really told me about the benefits of a low carb diet(from the Dr. office) until I started doing some research myself. Why do they make all the big bucks!!!?????!!!!! Anyway, I have just picked up the book Sugar Busters! and have been reading it. It seems to make sense. I was wondering if anyone else had tried it, I would like to know if you have had success, maybe used it but had to make adjustments, or just flat out didn't work. At this point, I think nothing will work. I am just trying to find the thin, energetic me that I know lives under all of this fat now. Thanks!!!!!!!!!!!
