I know what you mean.........I'm in the same boat. Maybe if your husband participated in the diet with you? It's always helpful to have someone along side you. I was worried about low-carb eating because all the foods that I like are high-carb, then I bought a low-carb recipie book....... There are different ingredients one can use and therefore can eat the same foods! I am feeling a little more positive about it now. Of course I still have to buy all these products, so the diet is taking longer to start!
