Hi Anne,
If you are still out there, I would like to hear more about what you are
doing and if its still working for you. I am struggling with what to do
as I am IR/PCOS also. I struggle with whether to do what the dietician
says and eat a higher protein meat based diet versus what the Vegetarian
Way says, a book by two dieticians, that advocate that not eating meat,
and eating high fiber, high complex carb diet is best.
Any help would be greatly appreciated =)
