We apologize for not having a meeting this month as planned but scheduling became impossible. Nevertheless we have some exciting news which will be worth the wait. Our first topic for the year is Stress Management . Our goal for this meeting is to address the stress that accompanies PCOS and what a better way to alleviate it than with a "free" yoga class!! Our fearless leader, Jill Goldstein was able to schedule it for us on February 22nd, 2003! Logistics: Class will be held in Boca Raton and details/address will follow in another e-mail. After the class, for those who can attend, we will get together at the local Whole foods Market for some coffee and chat. One more thing, Dr. Gelman will not be with us this time but will be at our next meeting. We never like to discourage family members from attending but due to limited space we ask that we keep this meeting primarily for the Cysters. Please RSVP (iaceved1@bellsouth.net) as soon as possible in order to have a head count. We look forward to seeing you. Have a great day! Ines Acevedo Vp, PCOS S.Fla Chapter MINNESOTA For years, Justine Politz has been admired by the PCOS community as a compassionate, well-educated Nurse Practitioner. Many women, myself included, have enjoyed her humorous, open-minded approach to treating PCOS. She is currently practicing at Minnesota Gynecology and Surgery in Edina. She and one of her colleagues, Dr. Presthus, have agreed to speak with our group. You can go to http://www.mngyn.com/practitioners.htm to learn more about them.
