-- I am currently on Dr.Bernsteins program. For what it's worth I have been on it 7 days now and have lost 11 pounds. Also I am sleeping better, waking easier and feel far more energetic than even one week ago.So far I am pleased with the program. I am not starving to death. I occasionally feel a bit hungery but a cup of tea or decaf coffee takes that away. I would be pleased to let you know how it goes. I started the program at 177.2 pounds and my goal is 135 pounds. I hope to reach it by the end of March. I guess we'll see Feel free to email me with any input at hairchick71@yahoo.ca.
