Re: PCOS and Low Glycemic Diet

My doctor advised me to mostly stick with foods rated lower than 50 on
the glycemic index, only eat sparingly or occassionaly things between 50
& 80, and never eat anything over 80 on the glycemic index. I feel a
hundred times better, I have more energy and have been happier.
