PS - **Please note** If you would like to attend either just the movement workshop OR just the RoundTable Lunch, that is perfectly fine. Also, the other self care opportunities are available that day if you would like them, but they are not part of these 2 events. The time for the Movement Workshop is now 2-4pm. We had anticipated larger numbers of participation based on interest generated re:movement, fitness and the Luncheon which would have made it necessary to break us down into 2 or 3 small groups.

To help with planning for future events, I would appreciate feedback from those who are not planning on attending-especially those who have come to the last few events and those who indicated an interest for this type of event. You can email me directly at: nycmetro@pcosupport.org

Thank you!! Melissa

WISCONSIN

Calling all Wisconsin gals! It's time to mark your calendars for the annual PCOSupport Wisconsin spring retreat!

This year's dates are Saturday and Sunday, March 22-23, and will again take place at the Wisconsin Lions Camp in Rosholt, Wis. (located in the central part of the state, 17 miles NE of Stevens Point, 42 miles SE of Wausau).

Your PCOSupport Wisconsin board is hard at work finalizing details for activities, meals, and other events. Possible choices include personal massage (a huge hit last year!), qi-gong or yoga, rubber stamping, aromatherapy, and more.

We will also have a resource room filled with books, magazine and medical journal articles, videotapes and so on to help education yourself further about PCOS. Personal growth exercises will also be sprinkled throughout the weekend, and plans for a clothing exchange are also in the works.

On Saturday afternoon, we will hold a state chapter meeting of PCOSupport Wisconsin as well, where annual officer elections will take place. The women selected will lead our chapter though the next year, and it's important to share your vote. If you can't get way for the whole weekend, please consider joining us Saturday afternoon for lunch and the meeting.

Registration forms and complete cost information will be available Feb. 1. To request a registration form, send an e-mail message to wisconsin@pcosupport.org Please specify whether you can receive a Word document via e-mail or need a hard copy mailed to you.

You can also reserve your spot now, before the registration forms go out, with a $20 deposit, made payable to Kim Frankenhoff and sent to her at 235 S. Grove St., Iola, WI 54945-9645. You will receive an e-receipt for that payment, and your balance will be due upon arrival at the Wisconsin Lions Camp.

If you have any questions about the retreat, send a message to wisconsin@pcosupport.org

We hope to see you there!
