with PCOS. I'm determined to battle it with exercise and diet alone. By just exercising for a month, my cycle is already down to 45 from 59! about diet, i'v e cut off all rice from my diet and have only rotis. but even that is high on carbs, i read. can u suggest an alternative? what is the best low carb breakfast to have? cornflakes? > Thanks in advance!

Grats on your cycle! that is great news :)

As for cornflakes eep! Try oatmeal if you must do cereal. I've lately gotten hooked on keto brand oatmeal...it isn't just oatmeal, it is low carb and actually tastes good! Rye or barley is also low glycemic, so it will go through your system at a slower rate.

Hope that helps
