Hi.

I need help in this regard too. Im an Indian, and I was recently diagnosed with PCOS. I'm determined to battle it with exercise and diet alone. By just exercising for a month, my cycle is already down to 45 from 59! about diet, i'v e cut off all rice from my diet and have only rotis. but even that is high on carbs, i read. can u suggest an alternative? what is the best low carb breakfast to have? cornflakes? Thanks in advance!
