It cannot be bought in a store, only from a distributor/Advisor. There is a slight amount of information available on the company website - <A HREF="http://www.advocare.com"> http://www.advocare.com</A>. Not a great website though, if you ask me. The basic recommendation is that you take one of their formulations of daily supplements . . . very pricey, and LOTS of pills ~ 12-15 a day depending on which formula you take. You can plan on $70/month for the supplements.

There is a search on their website where you put in your zip code and they can tell you where a distributor is (only in the US). If you can't find one, I know of two. The downside to that is the product seems to require lots of interaction with your supplier to "tweak" it for you - and that process could be more difficult from a distance.
