Hi Victoria, Yes you can eat loads of beans, pulses , salad and veges on the 'green' days, including baked beans in tomato sauce. You can also eat unlimited amount of virtually fat free fromage frais and Quark on either day. This really does work, although I put on weight over Christmas (over indulgence in all areas!) before Christmas I lost 11 pounds in about 4 to 5 weeks. The good thing with this is you are still allowed a small amount of 'sins', which include a small choco bar, small bag of crisps or a couple of glasses of wine. If you want more indepth details let me know, I'd be happy to pass it on.
