Hey Kim,

Is it possible to turn those green days into vegetables that are green? Salad, broccoli, beans, maybe those would be an idea instead of the rice and potatoes you spoke of.

What I have discovered though is an eating plan that seems to help. Over here in UK the eating plan is devised by 'Slimming World' and consists of Original & Green days. I find that by following the Original days (which mainly consist of protein) the weight slowly comes off. It is not like the Atkins diet where you only eat eggs, meat, fish & cheese, it consists of lean meats and fish, plenty of fresh fruit, vegetables, low fat cottage cheese, Mullerlight Yoghurts with a very limited amount of wholemeal bread & pasta, thus keeping down the carbohydrate and fat intake. This is a very healthy diet, with plenty of unlimited foods that you can eat, so you shouldn't feel deprived or hungry.

The 'Green' days for this diet also work, but not if you suffer from PCOS as these days involve a lot of pasta, rice & potatoes.

Take Care, Kim
