I went to a fertility doc last week, and he recommended that I have my stomach stapled. (I'm not trying to get pregnant, but I do have some serious concerns about weight, health, etc., before I try. That, and I wanted to try to find a doc that knew more about PCOS than the average OBGYN.)

It was a scary suggestion to hear, but I have thought about it. I, too, wanted to hear from some others that had tried this before I called a surgeon for an appointment. I don't want to live the rest of my life this way, and I am seriously tired of the struggle.

Let me know if you hear anything outside of the forum, and I'll try to do the same for you. :)
