Hi: I was diagnosed with PCOS in July. I went on the Atkins diet in October and since then I have lost 40 lbs. I have not taken Metformin or Clomid or any other fertility medicine neither do I exercise (I am NOT suggesting that you dont exercise). I gained majority of my weight in the last 6 years (80 lbs). Atkins works wonders. Try it. The results will be proof enough. Good Luck! Sahar
