Hey Christy! I was told that a low card diet is the only way women with pcos can loose weight. I was told by my OBGYN that a low carb diet called the zone will work. If you would like more information you can go online to zoneperfect.com. It gives you a list of foods you can and cannot eat, as well as any information you need. I was also told that carbs like potatoes, bread, rice, pasta influences the insulin in our body. Eating those kind of carbs doesnt digest very well. I have been on the zone for a couple weeks now and have lost 10lbs. Try it and see how it works for you. It is hard at first because of the limited amount of breads,pasta,rice,etc.. that you dont eat. after a couple days to a week your body will adjust and you wont crave those kind of food anymore. Good luck!!!!!
