I have taken this combo in the past, phentramine and xenical together and I lost 28 pounds in 1 mo, I was so excited and stopped. but then gained it all back. I then tried again with just the phentramines and very slow weight loss, but I feel with the xenical included is way better, goodluck girlfriend.
