-- Swetty any bread you buy is going to have a gacilion carbs, just use it in small amounts like I do 1 slice every 4 days, or some times I rather have more vegetables ( also have carbs or beans carbs and protein) you have to make your choices.( there is days I will have grapefruit juice ) and no more than once a day.
