> As for making breads, if you're serious, look into getting a Kitchenaid Oh I'm so embarrassed. You guys should all laugh hysterically at me and how pathetic I can be. I already have that very mixer. :) I agree it is the very best for kneading dough (my own mom makes her own bread that way). I just don't like making bread that way - requires too much attention and thought. You know, you have to put it in the pan, let it rise, punch it down, let it rise again. . . where if I use a bread machine I throw the ingredients in and a few hours later remove a loaf of bread. Maybe that's a sign of how ridiculous my life can be - I need to be able to fix and forget. But thanks for the suggestion LOL I was hunting for a food coop and happened to find a very nice one right here close to home - operated out of a vegetarian health food store. I'm going to stop in there next week and see what they have in bread. I was hoping to find something a little more conveniently available than from the health food store, but I guess beggars can't be choosers, right? Renae
