I don't eat bread. For sandwiches etc I use lettuce. Once in a while I will have a slice of ww bread. I was never a big carb person - I think my body knew what was best before my brain did!!LOL

DX - PCOS/IR, hyperinsulinenmeia, thyroid failure, depression, infertility with repeated m/c.
7m/c's . TTC#1 - forever!!! Last 7 years straight with IF meds till May 2002. Finally O'ing with met alone!!Waiting till Nov 18th for repeated m/c testing results.
