I am really enjoying it. The one downfall is she is in the UK, and so some of the foods she talks about I wouldn't know where to find (but Twiglets do sound interesting, don't they?). But her eating plan sounds doable (not to mention almost revolutionary) and she goes into herbs and practical advice. I'm about half way through the book, and I'm highlighting as I go. She has given me a vision anyway - and I lacked that a few weeks ago! Both authors are diagnosed with PCOS, so they're not just writing from the "medical" standpoint, but experience as well. Renae
