tbanks for your commnts. They really help.
Sorry got your name wrong in my previous post.
I would be really interested in what the book says. I worry about
eating so little - in terms of nutrition and decreasing metabolic rate.
But really I gain weight when I eat more. Am too scared to gain more.
It is hard enough just to maintain.
