Victoria,

What exactly would you like me to report about my food intake and exercise? I have lost 35 pounds since last January. It has been hard work and a very slow process. I exercise 3 times a week at minimum. If I stop eating "right", the weight obviously comes back on pretty quick. I have eliminated high fat foods (such as hot dogs, fatty cuts of meat, anything fried....). I have also just learned that aspartame causes many headaches for me and they are gone too. Anything labelled low-fat is out of the picture as well...due to contatining high carbs. I think I have a handle on what to eat and what not to eat. The suggestions from this list are great!

Herbalife is not a pill, in the sense of "diet" pills. They are vitamins and minerals and nothing bizarre in the "regular" plan....plus they are low-carb, which is great. (I know there is some Epha--sonething in the GOLD plan??) I don't feel I am resorting to PILLS such as dexatrim etc. Metformin was the worst pill I ever took. Sure, I lost 10 pounds in 3 weeks, but I also threw up regularly, had nausea, bowel trouble and major headaches!! That pill did not agree with me.

I am looking for a way to eat that will allow me to lose 8-10 pounds a month, that is heatlhy and that is safe and effective. So far I see nothing really wrong with Herbalife shakes, other than it is a liquid diet with one reg. meal a day. I still need to lose 80-90 pounds to get to my ideal weight of 150 or 160 and at the rate I am going, it will take me almost 3 years. I am just looking for a little healthy help!! So, this brings me to Herbalife. I will try it out and see if it helps, if not....back to losing weight like a turtle. (which is ok, as long as I am not gaining)

So, just to clarify something, Herbalife isnt pill popping, its PROTEIN SHAKE drinking and vitamins.

Thanks for the response! Jenn
