I'm starting the birth control this week when I start my period. Although most women have problems NOT getting their period, I have always had problems getting it too much (even on the pill between periods)!! I'm not on this die, but my doctor told me not to worry if I ever started spotting while starting the BCP (I've not been on it for 2 years) again.
