I realize there are ups and downs to everything. And I'm not just throwing this out there. I saw this on two news casts and on the web. It was saying that although there of course are negatives to drinking coffee, a recent study showed a link between drinking coffee and processing insulin. They are not sure of which ingredients in coffee is said to help this, however there was evidence that the coffee helped the processing of insulin, and thus reduced the risk of Type 2 diabetes. I thought it may also be nice to know if it could help PCOS. That's what I've heard, wondered if anyone else had as well.
