I would certainly suggest going on a low-carb diet. Look on the web for Atkins or Protein Power or something along those lines. A search engine is a great place to start. I don;t know all the ins and outs but apparently having PCOS effects our sugar levels or something, so we have to eat no white bread, pasta, potatoes etc. You should be able to find a list of dos and don'ts somewhere. I went on this low-carbing diet and lost 1 1/2 stone in 8 weeks. hen became pregnant. Not sure if you particualry want to get pregnant, but losing the weight that way certainly kick started ovulation for me. Anyway - hope that helps. Lucy
