Ooooohhhhhhhh, I just want to know if this friend has been tarred and feathered yet?!?

I know what you mean by this, but I tell you, the ONLY thing I look for in a hairstylist is, uh, what does THEIR hair look like? (And I'm not talking about hair anywhere other than on the scalp!) :)

I have been doing a lot of research on the computer these last few days. I found some books that look wonderful - I've ordered both of them by Colette Harris. Just go to Amazon and search for PCOS. They have 5 or 6 I think. I ordered those two, and then one on Syndrome X (Insulin Resistance) - it totalled $30 and I got free shipping :)

I'm going to go back to taking my Glucophage but I'm also looking for herbal aids to weight loss - that don't involve risking my life, taking 15 pills a day, etc.

I found a great website last night, I could spend hours there if I had the time - http://www.SoulCysters.com. I am reading through a lot of the stories looking for anything that worked for someone else.

Keep your chin up Nicole. I don't care what society wants you to believe, the package you come in is irrelevant, the gift inside the package is far more precious!
