WAS DOING THE SAME THING AS YOU, WITH THE MET,THEN GOING ON TO THE PILL. I HAVE DECIDED TO GO OFF THE PILL AND MANAGE MYSELF. SOMETIMES A LOW CARB LIFESTYLE TAKES A WHILE TO SHOW UP. BUT IT WILL! ONE DAY YOU WILL JUST NOTICE IT OVERNIGHT. I LEARNED ABOUT IT 7 YEARS AGO AFTER MY SECOND CHILD, NOTHING WORKED TO MANAGE MY WEIGHT BUT THIS. IT TAKES AWHILE BECAUSE YOUR BODY IS ADJUSTING AND USING WHAT YOU HAVE STORED SEE? WHICH IS THE FAT. BUT YOU HAVE TO BE VERY STRICT OR IT WILL TAKE LONGER, NO SUGAR WHITE FLOUR, I EAT A GOOD CARB IN THE AM, SINCE WE CANNOT LIVE WITHOUT THEM, THAT WAY I HAVE A BETTER CHANCE OF BURNING IT OFF. NO ALCOHOL OR CAFFEINE IT MESSES WITH YOUR METABOLISM GOOD LUCK!
