Hi, my name is Shelley I was diagnosed with PCOS when I was about 17 up untill this time I was thin and had started modelling in manchester. Then when i was 19 - 20 I started putting on weight uncontrollable this meant I had to give up modeling I went from a size 10-12 to a size 14-16. After about two year5s of suffereing with my wieght i decided to start training I have lost about two stone body fat and am now back down to a size 12. It has been very difficult I go to the gym 5 times a week for an hour and a half I also try to cut out alcohol and am trying a low carb diet with lots of fruit and veg. The frustration of the wieght problem is imense and i scared that if I stopped going to the gym I would become huge again and the last little bit of weight around my tummy is seeming extremely difficult to get off. What a battle not a nice one to have in our lives.
