Hello all, I was diagnosed with PCOS a year ago. I did not get along well with hi-pro/lo-carb and have lived in miserable denial for about 10 months now. Some friends recently became Advocare advisers. I have a few hang-ups with it that stem from my personality, but desperate to do something (I have a very symptomatic herniated disk) I was researching Advocare on the web. Imagine my surprise when it led me to a PCOS website. I would like to hear from people who are using Advocare - how long you've been using it, how much weight you had to lose to begin with, how strict your diet and/or exercise program are, pros/cons. Anything that would influence my opinion on whether or not it's worth my investment. But one word of warning (caution) for the distributors out there . . . I want to hear your "personal" story, told as if you were not a distributor. I am not interested in the company promoted info. I don't mean that offensively, I simply don't want to base my opinion on a sales-pitch, but rather a heart-felt "this has been my experience" testimonial. Thanks to all who choose to share.
