Caffeine actually increases our production of insulin, as it's a stimulant. The previous thinking was that caffeine was detrimental to us. Was this news about type 1 or 2 diabetes? Insulin dependent or non-insulin dependent type 2? Do you remember any more details? Or where you heard it, so we can get more details?
