I am also taking Vitex and have PCOS. i am taking 2ml's twice a day in
liquid form. I have been taking it for 4 mo now and I have seen a big
difference in CM and increase in breastmilk, but I am not sure if I am
ovulating yet. I havent been charting, but I think its working! Tammy
