I am newly diagnosed with PCOS kinda. I'm 27 this is the second time i was diagnosed but the first diagnosis was retracted. I have struggled with my weight since I was 17 and never got anywhere after my cheerleading, dance corp, starvation diet years. Thought it was a control problem till I found out more about PCOS. My doctor explained that I probably had it when I was younger too but was so active and eating so little back then that is why they didnt diagnose it then even though i had all the other symptoms besides my weight. Now however, I am struggling with my weight and desperately wanting to lose before my wedding bells ring. Any help you might have would be greatly appreciated.
