can you give me a sample menu plan for no carbs? I have already cut out
simple sugars, and will only eat really complex carbs, like brown rice
and walnuts and mix my fruits with slices of cheese to slow down
absorption, but I'd be interested in what "no carbs" would look like.
What do you eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner, snacks...
how do you prepare your meats or veggies?
Thanks!!!
And congrats on the pregnancy, best wishes and warm thoughts sent your
way,
