THanks for the tips. This is helpful to me becuase
I'm having a very difficult time knowing what I can
and cannot eat. There is a book my co-worker lend me
to read called "God's Diet." It's very good. Her main
motto is "If God didn't make it, don't eat it!" It's
not a religious book in a sense of God, etc...but on
eating. She just talks about what foods you can eat
that are not processed etc.
So far, it's very interesting. Has anyone else read
this?
