I'm sorry if I'm annoying to some of you. I am just so happy to find a group that I can relate to. WHen I have eaten way too many carbs, I can almost feel it within 10-15 minutes. I get so sick. I am the first to admit that I"ve been bad about following a diet, but I definitely know when enough is enough (intake of carbs, sugar).

I am currently taking 2 500 mg Metformin pills a day. One with breakfast and one with dinner....so my doctor encouraged...Right now, I'm sooo sick from the medication. How long does this sick feelign last?
