I, too, am very interested in what you do to lose your weight. I currently weigh about 108-110. I have gained all my weight in the stomach. I would like to get back down to 102, my normal weight.

I would appreciate all of your advice, encouragement...anything! I feel terrible all the time. I am having a very difficult time sticking to a strict diet.
