A support group for women who have Polycystic Ovary Syndrome (PCOS) is
forming in Columbia, MO. We will have our first planning meeting
Monday,
October 14 at 6:00pm at Boone County Group Homes and Support Building,
1209
East Walnut, Columbia MO. This will be a chance to learn more about
PCOS,
meet other women who have PCOS, ask questions and share your successes.

Our Nashville PCOS Support Group will be holding a very important
meeting on
Saturday, October 12th at 11:00 a.m at Centennial Medical Center's
Women's
Hospital on the 2nd floor. Our group is to help keep everyone in the
Middle
Tennessee area informed about upcoming events, meetings and
presentations in
our area that are PCOS related. Also, we'd like to keep in touch and
see how
everyone is doing. This group is open to any women who suspect they may
have
or have been diagnosed with PCOS, that are in the Middle Tennessee area.
We
understand that weekends are hectic so feel free to bring your family.
We are going to be having a GUEST SPEAKER, DR. ANDREA HAYES,
ENDOCRONOLOGIST,
she will be taking any questions you have concerning PCOS and weight
loss.
Please attend our meeting on Saturday and show your support. We are
looking
forward to seeing you.

The next Seattle meeting is Oct 25th at 6pm at Swedish Medical Center on
First Hill in Seattle. Guest speaker is Dr. Melissa McClintock of
Bastyr
Center for Natural Health. She will be speaking on alternative
treatments.
We will also need to discuss board member positions. Hope to see you
all
