Hello, I have PCOS and have been taking 200mgs (100 mg, twice a day) of Spiro. A new OB/GYN has suggested I try Yasmin (I had sworn off all BCP's because they made me go nearly insane with side effects, but I keep hearing how different this one is so I'm considering trying it). He said I should cut down to 100mg a day of Spiro, since Yasmin contributes about 25mgs. I understand that this is still considered a safe amount. Anyone is welcome to write back if they heard otherwise!!! Thanks. Margie
