Wendy, I know what you are going through, I feel the same way. The excess hair (everywhere except on the head - where a wouldn't mind some extra), the excess weight - alot of excess weight, not feeling normal. I was officially diagnosed about 3 months ago. I am taking metformin. I need some fun ways to keep myself motivated to excersize regularly - and ones that I don't have to pay an arm and leg for. My ugly fat is right under the bust area and has been for the longest time. I have a hard time finding comfortable jeans without jumping up a couple of sizes. I really don't over eat and rarely go out to eat. I don't eat alot of fried foods either, because if I do, the metformin makes it go right through me.
