Thanks, Julie. I do have "The Insulin Resistance Diet" book and have
been linking & balancing for the past couple weeks. Also, my goal for
exercising has been to walk 4x per week on my home treadmill (I stress
the word "goal"!). So far I've lost between 5-10 pounds, though I'm not
sure about the exact amount because I got a new scale during this time
and the two scales didn't match weight readings.
