I don't have a good book, but I just received "The Insulin Resistance Diet" book (I have skimmed it - not read the whole thing). It makes sense and I want to follow it, but I have been following Carbo Addicts diet for 2 months (no carb at 2 meals) and I find myself feeling guilty about trying to add a little carb in and "link". It's strange how the mind plays games.
