Hi Amelie,

Wow! Congratulations. It is so good that you have finally found something that works for you!

I wouldn't worry about losing weight too fast because it sounds like you are eating sufficient food and certainly exercising plenty. Probably it is partly water loss and partly fat loss - do make sure you drink plenty! Also, if you start from fairly heavy - you could also expect initial rapid weight loss as the diet takes effect 7/X is what percentage weight loss - probably not so big yet. You could expect weight loss to be fairly rapid at first and then to slow down probably to just a pound or two a month later. As you get closer to target you can adjust the amount of food you eat (including carbs) and exercise you do to either keep losing or maintain.
