Hi,

June, what would help us a lot is if you could be more specific about the eating style and exercise you've been doing. I keep a journal of what I eat and drink. I have also gotten a list started on when I exercise, how much and for how long.

If you are looking to just lose weight, I just read last night something about results were mixed on Metformin and weight loss. Its always worth a try, but please don't give up on the eating style and exercise.
