Okay my dears, I am lubricated from half a glass of wine, but here goes: Medium grain BROWN rice (rinse around 2-3 servings) Cook it like the instructions on the bag, add 1/2 knorr's chicken boullion cube and stir a couple of times as it is melting yellowly into the water As it is finishing, add: 1-2 cups frozen chopped spinach 1/4 cup whole walnuts (shelled, please! Shells could be problematic, but good for your colon ;-) and 1/8 tsp (or just shake it in, as much as you like! goodness!) of garlic powder Pepper (and salt, if you wish) to taste Let it finish cooking Then, Eat 1/3 of a cup with something you like. For example, broiled chicken breast and salad. Store the rest or feed it to your family. Man, that's like SOOOO MANY HEALTHY COMPLEX CARBS, and you stay under 30 grams. Bam. I'm so Emeril like that.
