Hi All

Victoria - I too had a 100 questions to ask about this study. It does seem interesting. I did some seaching and this study appears to be observational "only". The lady who carried out the study is a specialist in NY dealing with reproductive endocrinology, specialising in PCOS abd PMS. She as published a lot on the later. Her surname is Jacobs as stated on her paper posted earlier. I've thought of writing to her to ask more.

There is quite a bit of information on the net regarding calcium, magnesium and insulin resistance. I have opted to take my calcium from milk and yogurt rather than tablets. But each to there own. I think you have to have these minerals in a certain ratio though, so I'd check on that.

Nothing ventured, nothing gained.

Best wishes Denise
