Sally is right: try to eat a healthy diet. Find out whether or not your diet is providing all the nutrients you need. If not, get a doctor to check it out and see whether or not you need supplementation. Too much of a good thing can potentially be bad.

I'm a tightwad: why pay $ for something unless I need it? For me, unless you really needed the supplementation, why buy more?
