Linda, I have been on the Vitaline Diet, and although it is weird and sometimes hard to follow it is working for me!!! I lost 11 pounds in the first week and I am losing about a pound every other day at the moment. I know the weight loss won't keep going this fast but it is a boost to see a difference and for my clothes to be looser! I am also taking Metformin and they seem to go well together. The Metformin has 'altered' my body shape and it is more 'feminine', in that I now have the hour glass shape instead of the blob shape and I am less muscular - my legs have really slimmed down since I started on the meds. I have also managed to 'cheat' on the Vitaline Diet - I eat some bread occasionally, you know sometimes you just get that craving for toast and marmalade! and I still lost weight. The diet is all about low carbs and keeping your metabolism churning...you go for it girl...best money I have spent in a long time!!!
