Hi,

I also have PCOS and hypothyroid.

First question - what treatment are you getting? Is the treatment sufficient? Ie. your TSH should be around 1 with treatment. A good site for thryroid is the Mary Shomon site - you can do a search and find it on the net.

Are you having any treatment for the PCOS? The treatment would be a lower carb diet, exercise, and most likely an insulin sensitiser such as metformin. As you are TCC the metformin is probably the best start. After three - six months on metformin if you are not ovulating, then would need to add clomid.

You need to find out as much info as possible and be actively involved in your treatment.

Best wishes

Sally
