hello I am from Kentucky and just found out I have pcos and it is kinda scarey cause I don't know much about it. my doctor has put on Metformin I hope brfore to long I will be able to get preganant again because my husband has know children and I have one from my previous marriage but I know first I have to lose alot of weight so will someone please let me no how I can stick to a diet and not be depressed  Thank you Sissy
